45 days after suffering a small fracture in his left hand while training on a motocross bike, Fabio Quartararo (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP™) returned to the dirt with Moto2™ star Tony Arbolino (Elf Marc VDS Racing Team) over in the USA. Speaking during Yamaha’s team presentation, Quartararo admitted the winter break has been intense since picking up the hand injury. In other words, training that’s a lot more boring than ripping around a motocross track all day. Preparations for 2023 will really click into top gear for Quartararo over the next couple of weeks before the premier class field head to the Sepang International Circuit for the eagerly anticipated three-day Official Test.
