Marshalls Add Cash To Port City USAC Midget Pot

TULSA, Okla. – Richard and Jennifer Marshall, along with Priority Aviation, have boosted the purse for the finale of the upcoming Werco Manufacturing T-Town Midget Showdown presented by the Rayce Rudeen Foundation. The second leg of the two-night USAC NOS Energy Drink National Midget Series event at Oklahoma’s Port City Raceway, set for April 9-10, will now pay $6,000 to win. Past series champion Tyler Courtney won the opening night of last year’s Port City doubleheader for the USAC national midgets, while Justin Grant took the spoils on the second night. “Thanks to Richard and Jennifer Marshall and Priority Aviation for helping us grow this event and give back to the racers,” said event co-promoter Brady Bacon, a three-time USAC national sprint car champion.
