Xfinity Series To Run After Coca-Cola 600 Due To Rain

CONCORD, N.C. — After the NASCAR Xfinity Series field completed 49 laps at Charlotte (N.C.) Motor Speedway on Monday morning, the Alsco Uniforms 300 was brought to a red flag due to consistent rainfall. Ty Gibbs won the first stage on lap 45 and was in the lead at the time of the red flag. John Hunter Nemechek, Justin Allgaier, Daniel Hemric and Sheldon Creed completed the top five. The 200-lap race has now been postponed a second time and will take place following the NASCAR Cup Series Coca-Cola 600, which is scheduled to take the green at 3 p.m. (ET).
