Wingless A-Class Clash Set For This Weekend

— The second annual Wingless A-Class Clash is set for this weekend, May 12-14 at U.S. 24 Speedway. All three nights will be broadcast live by SPEED SPORT affiliate,, which also offers weekly coverage of micro sprints. The 600cc A-Class non-winged weekend starts Thursday, with a $1,000-to-win race, where the top three in the feature will be locked into Saturday’s main event. On Friday, $1,000-to-win is on the line again, with the top three spots up for grabs to secure a spot in the feature for Saturday. Then on Saturday, the winner’s prize is $10,000, while each entry earns $500 to start. Last year, Daison Pursley and Brian Carber won preliminary night features, with Pursley topping Saturday’s main event.
