Verstappen Paces Final Miami Practice

Saturday afternoon’s final practice mirrored Friday’s session at the Miami Grand Prix, with Max Verstappen pacing the Formula 1 field. Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc slotted in second, 0.406 seconds behind the Red Bull Racing driver. Sergio Perez and Carlos Sainz ended their second practice in third and fourth, respectively. It was another impressive showing from Alpine F-1 Team with both Esteban Ocon (fifth) and Pierre Gasly (sixth) solidly inside the upper half of the top 10 drivers on the speed charts. The American team of Haas F-1 saw solid pace in the final tune-up before Saturday’s qualifying, with Nico Hulkenberg finishing eighth, with teammate Kevin Magnussen in 11th.
