THE death of a rally driver in a horror crash while racing has left his team “in mourning”. Tomico’s team, Vallejo Racing, paid tribute to him in a touching statement. “Vallejo Racing is in mourning because we lose one of our own: David López Tomico, a passionate lover of motorsport, a leader in his work and an example of perseverance and love for his own. It’s the biggest killer of people under the age of 35, more deadly than cancer and car crashes. Let’s all vow to ask for help when we need it, and listen out for others… You’re Not Alone.
