The Algarve circuit won itself plenty of fans this weekend in the Formula 1 paddock, with Checo and Lance both singing its praises too!. Checo was quick to praise the team on Saturday after the RP20 was “turned upside down” to find a balance he was more comfortable with. Lining up P12, Lance moved into the Top 10 in the first two laps. We’re not talking about Checo’s great start – although he did climb to P3 on the opening lap before he was hit by Max Verstappen! On Lap 34 of 66, Checo blasted by Ocon on the run to Turn 1 with the assist of DRS, keeping the Renault behind through Turn 2. But as they climbed through Turns 3 and 4, Ocon dived past get back in front.
