Steady Area Storms Cancel Rocky Mountain Lightning Sprints at Honor Speedway

Belleville, IL (08/01/2021) Steady rainfall and forecasted Colorado weather patterns would impede the racing endeavors of the Lucas Oil POWRi Rocky Mountain Lightning Sprints this past weekend with the rain-cancelation of Honor Speedway in Pueblo, Colorado. Track and series officials are currently attempting to reschedule the non-wing lightning sprint event. The Lucas Oil POWRi Rocky Mountain Lightning Sprints will next race non-wing on a return trip to I-76 Speedway in Fort Morgan, Colorado for the series event on Saturday, August 7th. For more information such as points, rules, and driver profiles of the POWRi Rocky Mountain Lightning Sprint Association visit www.rmlsa.com online or check out their Facebook and Twitter pages @RMLSA.
