PUYALLUP, Wash. – Trey Starks and Gobrecht Motorsports have elected to mutually go in different directions following a successful campaign. The news comes as Gobrecht Motorsports partner Jeff McCall prepares to hit the road with Pennsylvania driver Kyle Reinhardt next year, as first reported by Sprint Car Unlimited. “I have a really good relationship with Jeff McCall and Scott Gobrecht,” Starks said. Gobrecht was a sponsor of McCall’s team prior to the parties merging into Gobrecht Motorsports at the end of 2016. “The last couple of years I was trying to do two things and it was messing with both of them so I’m planning on settling down for a year,” Starks said.
