KANSAS CITY, Kan. — The biggest sprint car race of the season, Shane Stewart’s Heartland Of America Showdown, is scheduled for tonight (April 11) at Lakeside Speedway. With $50,000 on the line for the winner of the main event, 56 drivers and teams have pre-entered the event and the driver roster is a who’s who of sprint car racing. Tonight’s roster includes the 26 drivers scheduled to run the full High Limit Sprint Car Series schedule, as well as the top contenders from the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series and other racing series and tracks from across the nation.
