F1 is undoubtedly an attractive place to work, the glitz, glamour, travelling to far away lands, mixing with sponsors, drivers, engineers, thought leaders and pioneers, there’s many different ways to carve out a successful, long and sometime lucrative career in F1…but is it all its cracked up to be? Is it right for you? And if it is, what role can you find in it? We’re here to answer some of of those questions and to do it we sat down with Lindsay Orridge, a 22 year veteran of Formula 1. She’s worked with teams, brands, athletes, creators, media, manufacturer and agencies. She’s involved with sponsorships, marketing and comms. She’s the founder of The Motorsport Collective and Driven by Diversity and has seen it all.
