The FIA is tipped to reveal Red Bull and Aston Martin breached the 2021 limit. Leclerc and Max Verstappen’s Red Bull – who did only three good laps – were delayed by technical issues. Red Bull say talk of breaking budget cap is ‘speculation’. Red Bull say claims they broke F1’s budget cap last season are “speculation”.
