With the 2019/20 ABB FIA Formula E Championship at an end, following the nine-day six-race finale at Berlin’s Tempelhof Airport Circuit, we’re taking a look back at the campaign in pictures. Sam Bird flew out of the blocks with victory in the Diriyah opener but two retirements and two 10th-placed finishes followed before he would return to the podium in Round 6 from Berlin on the way to 10th in the standings. Max Guenther pipped Alex Sims in the Drivers’ Championship, finishing ninth, with victories in Santiago and Round 8 from Tempelhof. Lucas di Grassi was one of only three full-time drivers to have finished a race in 2019/20 on the way to sixth in the Drivers’ table.
