American Racing KTM’s Sean Dylan Kelly has today made his Moto2™ debut at the Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana and made encouraging progress between Free Practice 1 and Free Practice 2 in the intermediate class.
The 17-year-old American started the day having posted a best lap of 1:38.524 but managed to find a further seven-tenths of the second in the afternoon session thanks to posting a 1:37.858.
The debutant’s American teammate, Joe Roberts, closed the day 23rd on the combined timesheets with the pair keen to find further improvements ahead of Saturday’s final Free Practice session.
