GRANITE CITY, Ill. — A regular week for Bill Rose is anything but regular. I shouldn’t do it,” Rose said with a laugh about his non-stop lifestyle. “Everybody asks me, ‘Why don’t you do something else?’” Rose said. “A buddy of mine lives in Terre Haute and he’s lived down there forever,” Rose said. “Terre Haute has always been one of my favorite places,” Rose said. So far, this season hasn’t gone how Rose would’ve preferred. On the bright side, Rose, 58, has pieced together a new car for this weekend’s races at Tri-City Speedway and Tri-State Speedway. She wants to go do some other stuff and it’s like, when do we have time?
