Checo and Lance racked up the laps in a tricky Friday practice for Formula 1’s Portuguese Grand Prix across two disrupted sessions. After 90 minutes of running, Checo’s best time of 1.19.907 put him in P7. Lance finished the session with a best lap time of 1.20.954 for P15 as he looked to improve on the balance of his RP20. Checo would take P12 at the flag as a result, lapping in 1.19.901, while Lance was an unrepresentative P19 after posting a 1.20.983 time in his limited track time. The 60 laps of running across both drivers in FP2 took the team to a total of 123 laps on Friday.
