Qualifying at Snetterton yesterday saw an exciting change to proceedings as the format consisted of a 25-minute qualifying session followed by the ten-minute Snetterton Top Ten Showdown. The official BTCC website caught up with top three by the completion of the session: pole man Colin Turkington, MB Motorsport accelerated by Blue Square’s Jake Hill and Toyota driver Tom Ingram. Equalling his best-ever qualifying position, Hill will start the opening contest from second spot:. Ingram will be aiming to move through the order from third on the grid:.
