Toyota Gazoo Racing UK with Ginsters’ Tom Ingram claimed the final Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship pole position of the season earlier today (14 November) as the 27-year-old mastered the wet conditions on Brands Hatch’s Indy circuit. The races start at 1000, 1232 and 1514 respectively with the title race set to go down to the wire. Tom Ingram said: “That was super tricky, it was really slippery! The team and I can only do the best job we can, and if it’s enough, it’s enough. We got that lap at the end and for a moment we were on pole and then Tom just pipped us. “It’s not my title to win this year, I’m a bit like Tom in that the pressure’s off now. So there’s a little bit left on the table, we put in a good lap, we’re in a good position, unfortunately we just didn’t get to respond to Tom and Rory.
