Mercedes will (obviously) vote against change and its customer teams (Racing Point and Williams) will follow suit.
Conversely Ferrari and its two customers (Haas and Alfa Romeo) will vote for change, as will the two Red Bull-owned Honda-powered teams, so either way still 5:5.
