Ogier thumbs-up for WRC’s early season break

Sébastien Ogier has praised FIA World Rally Championship organisers for including a two-month gap in the 2021 calendar – in which it’s hoped Coronavirus-impacted travel and logistics restrictions will ease. Seven-time world champion Ogier said: “I believe this calendar is made correctly and this gap is coming, I think, at the right moment to let some time for the health to improve fully. “The whole situation is evolving in the world right now, but it would be really nice to think we might have the chance to see our fans sometimes again at some point.”.
