Ogier: 2020 title was no easy ride

Sébastien Ogier says winning this year’s truncated FIA World Rally Championship was as tough as his previous six successes. “No one can say that it’s an easy one to win this year. Reflecting on his first season with Toyota Gazoo Racing, Ogier highlighted September’s Rally Turkey and, unsurprisingly, Monza as the season’s key points. Sébastien Ogier and Julien Ingrassia won their seventh FIA World Rally Championship title in eight seasons with victory at ACI … “The first part of the season was pretty close. It was the start of a new adventure this year and I think we knew coming to Toyota we would have a good car in the end and a good team around us,” he explained. It wasn’t the easiest part of it, not that the car is difficult to drive. “I’m very happy with the job we have done with Julien this year.
