PORT ROYAL, Pa. – Dylan Cisney will make his debut behind the wheel of the Scott Cowman-owned winged sprint car this weekend during the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series doubleheader at Port Royal Speedway. “Scott has been a long-time car owner out in the Midwest,” Cisney said. We’ll also run some IRA Sprint Car Series races in his car.”. 5 in Central Pennsylvania when he isn’t piloting Cowman’s race car.
