That’s when the matter is referred to the FIM Appeal Stewards. However, the FIM Appeal Stewards can also decide to refer the case to the MotoGP™ Court of Appeal “if it appears impossible to deal with the case for any valid reason”. The FIM Legal Director appoints the judge who will constitute the MotoGP™ Court of Appeal. Marc Marquez’ (Repsol Honda Team) appeal is now on its way to the MotoGP™ Court of Appeal… stay tuned for more updates on when and where we can expect an outcome. After an appeal from Marquez and Repsol Honda, the case is now going to the MotoGP™ Court of Appeal.
