MotoE™: Granado demotes Aegerter to P2 in Jerez Test

It’s the same top two that we saw on Day 1 but on Day 2 of the Official FIM Enel MotoE™ World Cup Jerez Test, Eric Granado (One Energy Racing) has taken top honours to demote Dominique Aegerter (Dynavolt Intact GP) to second place. The One Energy Racing rider’s 1:48.143 in the final session was the best lap of the test so far, beating Aegerter’s time from Day 1 quite convincingly as the Swiss rider experienced technical issues in the second session, allowing him to only complete a couple of laps. For the first time ever, the riders had the possibility of charging their bikes with pitlane chargers during the session. Swiss rider edged out Granado as the FIM Enel MotoE™ World Cup riders kicked off their 2021 seasons in Andalucia. Riders will take to the Qatar track for their only Official Test days prior to the season beginning.
