Mick Schumacher updates his F1 crash helmet that pays tribute to his multiple world champion father Michael with inclusion of Chinese dragon and seven stars that the former Ferrari star carried during his career

Mick Schumacher will head into the new Formula One season with a brand new crash helmet that pays tribute to his father Michael. The 22-year-old has altered his design from last season, to now show off more of the Chinese dragon that appeared near the reverse of Michael’s helmet. The dragon  represents power and strength and came from a Chinese newspaper that had printed the dragon as a symbol for Michael Schumacher during his racing days. Mick Schumacher’s crash helmet will also carry the seven stars his father displayed on the top of his crash helmet, which he had done throughout his F1 career long before he won the last of his seven world championships in 2004.
