Meet the racing MG that helped inspire Goodwood's motorsport future

Freddie March, who founded the Goodwood Motor Circuit worked for Bentley after he left university. He was so inspired that he would get hold of an MG to race himself and take part in races at Brooklands. The team and the MGs would go on to much pre-war success, helping to inspire the founding of the Goodwood Motor Circuit after the war. At the Goodwood Revival in 2021 one of the MGs that raced in that seminal contest returned to Goodwood.
