Lewis Hamilton overtakes Michael Schumacher at the top of the all-time list of F1 podiums with 156 top-three finishes after comfortable Spanish Grand Prix triumph

Lewis Hamilton has overtaken Michael Schumacher for the most podiums in F1 history after winning the Spanish Grand Prix on Sunday. The result was the 156th Grand Prix podium of his career in just his 256th race, with Schumacher only recording 155 in his career. Lewis Hamilton now has more Formula One podiums than any other driver in history. The British F1 legend (middle) won the Spanish Grand Prix ahead of Max Verstappen (right). Speaking about the race, Hamilton said: ‘I was in a daze out there. Hamilton has 156 podium finishes, one more than F1 legend Michael Schumacher (above). The focus for Hamilton now turns to Schumacher’s record for all-time race wins of 91. Hamilton (above) won the Spanish Grand Prix with a comfortable 24-second lead on Sunday.
