Lewis Hamilton is accused of ‘DRAMATISING’ the neck injury he suffered in crash with Max Verstappen at Monza… as Ralf Schumacher points out he flew to New York for the Met Gala the NEXT DAY

Ralf Schumacher believes that Lewis Hamilton overreacted after his crash with Max Verstappen at the Italian Grand Prix. This was Verstappen and Hamilton’s second collision of the season after they previously collided at the British Grand Prix. Even though Hamilton was able to continue after the collision at Silverstone in July, both drivers were knocked out of the race in Monza. However, Schumacher believes that Hamilton has exaggerated the severity of the crash and even pointed out that Hamilton was able to attend the Met Gala just days after the event. ‘Verstappen had already got out when Hamilton tried to go back to get out of the gravel. And then a show is put on that poor Hamilton is suddenly injured.
