ROME, Ga. – Dirt late model driver Jake Knowles has joined forces with veteran racer Jason Welshan for the start of the upcoming season. 66 C&J Trucking/ Robert Skinner Racing/ Savage Chassis Late Model in the upcoming Crate Racin’ USA Winter Shootout Series events. “I have to say a big thanks to Jason and Savage Chassis for letting us run his car while we are building our own Savage Chassis,” Knowles said. The 30th Annual Ice Bowl – highlighted by a $3,000-to-win program for Crate Racin’ USA Late Models – will serve as the opening round of the Winter Shootout Series.
