(11/28/2022) Returning to the indoor action of DuQuoin Illinois in the speedy Southern Illinois Center on December 17th, POWRi will carry on the legacy of one of the region’s most adorned racing legends with the renewal of the Junior Knepper 55. The “Junior Knepper 55”, a 55-lap race honoring the famed car number which adorned Walter Knepper’s storied career, will feature the Lucas Oil POWRi National Midget League competing on a specially-constructed dirt oval inside the well-known Southern Illinois Center near the DuQuoin Fairgrounds with no other support classes on the racing docket.
