MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Rick Ware Racing has brought on veteran Elton Julian to become the team’s Competition Director for their IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship team. Julian started his career as a driver before forming his own team, DragonSpeed Racing, in 2017. “I am very much looking forward to working with Rick Ware Racing and it’s IMSA SportsCar program,” Julian said. This is another improvement by RWR to further the team’s overall growth and enhance its levels of competition. With him overseeing the program, it allows us to grow our IMSA team and look at other classes, as well, before the 2024 season.”.
