JR Motorsports Frustrated With Zero-Win Record

CONCORD, N.C. — With 12 NASCAR Xfinity Series races in the books, it may come as a surprise to hear that JR Motorsports has yet to visit victory lane. Allgaier explained the absence of a win does not reflect a lack of effort for JRM. “You don’t work any less to run bad,” Allgaier noted. Allgaier has finished inside the top three at six races this season and is proud of his efforts. “There are no corners on pit road here, so I feel like I’m in pretty good shape,” Allgaier joked. To add to Allgaier’s enthusiasm, he’ll be starting from pole for the first time this season — an accomplishment that feels like a small, but vital, accomplishment. I think we had like 15 wins last year total between our group,” Allgaier said. We still have a lot of races to go,” Allgaier said.
