Just a few short days after premier class riders and teams packed up their things and set off for the winter break, Moto2™ and Moto3™ riders are on track in Jerez to round out their season and begin preparations for 2022. The intermediate and lightweight classes are on track at Circuito de Jerez – Angel Nieto for three days of private testing, offering them their first taste of what to expect next season. On Monday, Moto3™ World Champion Pedro Acosta (Red Bull KTM Ajo) made his debut in the intermediate class as he completed his first laps on a Moto2™ machine, even sporting his new number. To date, more than twenty riders have tested at the Andalusian track.
