The 107th running of the Indianapolis 500 takes the green flag on Sunday. The 2021 champion notched his first win of the season in the Indy Grand Prix earlier this month, while also winning the pole for Sunday’s race. In three attempts at the 500-mile race, O’Ward hasn’t finished worse than sixth (2020). It’s been a rejuvenating year for Rossi who joined Arrow McLaren after seven seasons with Andretti Autosport. His last two races on the schedule have been stout with two top 10’s, highlighted by his first podium of the season in third at the Indy GP. It’s been a struggle for Team Penske at the Indy 500 since Pagenaud earned the team’s 18th victory in the race in 2019.
