In Week 2, Graham Rahal of Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing was under attack in the inaugural INDYCAR Classic at Circuit of The Americas from rookie Patricio O’Ward in a Carlin car.
Then, it was Team Penske’s Simon Pagenaud stalking five-time NTT IndyCar Series champion Scott Dixon of Chip Ganassi Racing in the INDYCAR Grand Prix at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
In Week 1 of this series, both battles involved Team Penske’s Will Power and Chip Ganassi Racing drivers in the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg.
