BEAVER DAM, Wis. — Sheldon Haudenschild proved to be relentless at Beaver Dam Speedway. It was only a caution on the final lap when Brad Sweet got turned around on the backstretch that created stress for Haudenschild. “I thought somehow it was gonna slip away when that caution came out on the last lap, but sure enough, we got it done tonight,” Haudenschild explained. Little need for worry as Haudenschild finished the deal as eighth-starter Schatz raced past both Shark teammates Allen and Schuchart on the green-white-checkered to the stripe to claim second. “We got really good after about five or ten laps and I can’t compliment this new motor from Ron Shaver enough,” Schatz said.
