Greensmith & Solberg: Friendship unshaken despite Portugal drama

Solberg charged ahead in the premier support category on the first day and, by the end of Saturday’s action, had built a comfortable advantage of 35.4sec over Greensmith, who had been hindered by a puncture. “I am enjoying my rallying a lot more this year than I have in previous years,” Greensmith told WRC.com. “The relationship between myself and Oliver, and the relationship between my dad and Petter (Solberg), is just lovely to see, too. Solberg, who now trails championship leader Yohan Rossel by a single point, echoed Greensmith’s sentiments.
