Valtteri Bottas (1st, 1:33.519): “There’s definitely more to come but overall, it was a positive first day of running. I think we could have done a bit better in FP2 but we tested a lot of things on the car. Some things worked and some didn’t but now we have some good ideas for tomorrow. We tested a lot of things that now we have to put together tomorrow, so I think we’re in a good position. We have a few things to work on and we’ll see if we can get into Q2 tomorrow.”. At the moment we just go from session to session trying to improve the car. We tried to make up for it in FP2 and I think we did.
