New Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP recruit Fabio Quartararo has confirmed via social media that he contracted Covid-19 in December 2020, with the Frenchman adding that he’s back to “top level” fitness ahead of the upcoming Qatar Test. Then, the 2019 Rookie of the Year and three-time premier class race winner will debut as a factory Yamaha rider in March’s Qatar Test in less than a month’s time. Riders will take to the Qatar track for their only Official Test days prior to the season beginning. It’s time to vote for the rider you want in the first Online Challenge of 2021.
