Ferrari star Charles Leclerc vows not to ditch aggressive style that ‘gives him the edge’ despite crashing out from the lead at the French Grand Prix

Charles Leclerc has vowed not to take a more cautious approach in his driving style following his costly error in crashing out of the French Grand Prix last weekend. ‘No, I think that’s what gave me the edge in most of the races this year,’ he said. Leclerc is under pressure of expectation at Ferrari who have not won a championship since 2008 and not won the drivers’ title since a year earlier with Kimi Raikkonen. I think in the races especially, I’ve made another step up which is good. Ferrari will be looking to get back to winning ways this weekend at the Hungarian Grand Prix to keep alive their fading championship hopes heading into the last 10 races.
