Honda has exceeded Toro Rosso’s expectations so far during the 2018 F1 season, according to team principal Franz Tost.
Toro Rosso Formula 1 boss Franz Tost says engine supplier Honda has exceeded the team’s expectations with regards to both reliability and performance so far this season.
Honda’s impressive progress with Toro Rosso has convinced Red Bull to cut its Renault ties in favour of a switch to the same power unit used by its sister squad from next season.
