Zak Brown would not hesitate to call on Fernando Alonso if required at McLaren F1 in the future.
Fernando Alonso will remain “first on the speed-dial list” for McLaren if required in the future despite his decision to quit Formula 1 at the end of the season, according to team boss Zak Brown.
“We certainly wouldn’t hesitate, if we needed a driver that’s not one of our current two, to have Fernando be the first on the speed-dial list,” Zak Brown told Reuters.
