CONCORD, N.C. — Kyle Larson banked $25,000 following a dominant performance on night two of the Colossal 100 at The Dirt Track at Charlotte Thursday. Larson started on the pole and led all 30 laps of the four-tenths-mile dirt track to score his first XR Super Series triumph. Wednesday night winner Chris Madden finished third, with Tim McCreadie and Scott Bloomquist rounding out the top five. It was Larson’s second dirt late model victory of the season, but the reigning NASCAR Cup Series champion will not be at the Dirt Track for Saturday’s $50,000-to-win event as his NASCAR commitments will have him at Kansas Speedway for the weekend.
