FIA Junior WRC newcomer William Creighton is feeling relaxed ahead of his maiden WRC appearance at the Croatia Rally (22 – 25 April). Prior to joining the series, Creighton steered a Peugeot 208 R2 to various successes on both Junior British Rally Championship events and local rallies in Ireland. Support from the Motorsport Ireland Rally Academy and other backers has enabled him to step up to the Junior WRC, which has seen talents including Sébastien Loeb, Sébastien Ogier and Elfyn Evans pass through its ranks. “They’re supporting me the extra mile with my FIA Junior WRC programme and making sure I have everything I need to fight fit.
