Buffalo River Added To NOSA Sprint Schedule

GLYNDON, Minn. – The Buffalo Wild Wings Northern Outlaw Sprint Ass’n has added a race at the newly-reopened Buffalo River Speedway on Sunday, Aug. 8. Buffalo River Speedway is one of the Minnesota valley’s longest running tracks, set for a big year this season after being sidelined all of last year due to COVID-19. With the new year comes new management to the facility, but a familiar name for the quarter-mile clay oval previously referred to as Buffalo River Race Park. Buffalo River Speedway has hosted 10 NOSA events over the past nine seasons, with Dave Glennon being the series’ inaugural winner in 2013. During the most recent event on Sept. 1, 2019, former series champion Nick Omdahl broke the Buffalo River Speedway track record during heat race action.
