With 10 minutes to go before the season six finale electrifies the city of Berlin, we wanted to pause for a moment of reflection, as a sport, as teams, and as individuals. 2020 has been an extraordinarily challenging year of unprecedented upheaval; the devastating effects of coronavirus, the heightened awareness of the destructive effects of climate change and the increased consciousness of widespread racism around the world. So, as our teams take to the grid in silence, we will ask our partners, fans and friends to join us in a moment of reflection. In this moment we will stand together in our common humanity, in respect for those tragically lost to coronavirus, and united in our defiance of racism and in our rejection of discrimination in all its forms.
