Max Verstappen returned the scene of his title triumph on Tuesday as the new world champion undertook testing in a pair of brand new gold shoes. However, Red Bull are back at work and so too is Verstappen, who was pictured driving a few laps of the Abu Dhabi circuit in a post-season testing session on Tuesday. Verstappen and Red Bull have had a hunter’s mindset all season in their bid to usurp seven-time champion Hamilton, but now the 24-year-old cannot shy away from his champion status. ‘Toto can’t demand there shouldn’t be a Safety Car and Christian can’t demand the cars have to un-lap.
