TULSA, Okla. — Rolling through the 141st round of competition at the 38th annual Lucas Oil Tulsa Shootout, five classes have completed heat races. The Outlaw class has run its D and C Features and begun to establish the drivers who have advanced to Qualifiers. The only driver so far to win a heat race from 10th, Kevin Thomas, Jr., charged from last to first in Non-Wing Outlaw action. Among the 24 drivers winning heat races in the Outlaw class were Blake Hahn, Jake Hagopian, Joey Amantea, Mitchel Moles and Kaylee Bryson. Looking ahead to Thursday, 96 races are on the docket, with Stock Non-Wing set for 42 Heat Races.
