Former Sky F1 presenter Johnny Herbert has opened up on his departure from the broadcaster, admitting that he was left in the dark over the decision as the reasoning was never explained to him. Back in January, it was revealed that Herbert was axed from Sky Sports’ coverage of the Formula One ahead of the 2023 season after 11 years with the broadcaster. The presenter continued to reveal that he is ‘over it’ and moving on with his career despite the disappointment. ‘I did my 11 years at Sky and it was good,’ Herbert continued. Because it was in December it was all quite late in terms of sorting other things out.
