Pecco Bagnaia’s completed a hat-trick of wins, but a stunning ride from Fabio Quartararo saw him beat the odds in Austria. As tends to be the case, Bagnaia put the foot down and controlled the race out front, while Quartararo had to work his way into the podium places from sixth. Fabio Quartararo became the new king of the ring to fully punish Francesco Bagnaia’s crash. There was plenty of joy for the home heroes as Pecco Bagnaia took his second win of the year ahead of Fabio Quartararo and Aleix Espargaro.
